Samsung has scored yet another Guinness record, creating the world’s largest photobook.
The previous record for the largest photobook involved 10,000 images, but the global market leaders managed to
better it with 28,000 stills. After the launch of the Galaxy S4 Zoom in Germany, Samsung began a Facebook campaign where the everyone was encouraged to submit up to 10 photos. In a promotional campaign that lasted for 10 days, Sammy managed to attract 36,000 images out of which 28,000
were chosen to be printed in a 5m x 8m, 16 page album. The huge photobook was displayed in the Berlin Museum
for Communication before the art made its formal entry to the Guinness World records on September 7.
