Justin Bieber: Caught Stealing Bicycle from Security Guard in Vegas

Justin Bieber has once again been caught on tape. With the Internet still buzzing over a video taken by a random young woman in Brazil of Bieber fast asleep after a night of partying,  TMZ has now released coverage of Justin stealing a bike. From a security guard. In

Las Vegas. And getting apprehended almost instantaneously. Justin Bieber Steals Bike, Gets Apprehended by Security The incident went down on at The Palms Casino Resort on September 14, when the Biebs and his pals were in Sin City to watch his friend Floyd Mayweather fight. In the footage above, you can see Bieber enter through an employee entrance… find a patrol bicycle… and simply hop on for a joy ride through the hall. You can then see him get chased down and scolded by a couple guards. The worst part? Justin isn't even wearing a helmet! Safety first, man. This is the second time in the past month that Justin has had a run-in with the law.

Authorities in Brazil are investigating Bieber's graffiti work from a couple days ago, as photos make it clear he spray painted the wall of a former hotel, which is a crime in that nation. It's also the second time in the past year or so when Justin has been caught on camera acting like an idiot.
